My name is sean.

I am a documentary photographer, documenter, freelance photographer, photographer, photojournalist, visual artist, and visual storyteller. I was born on 4 July, 1988. You can also find me here. I haven’t told any stories. I joined Cowbird on August 24, 2012.

Sean Wright attended DeLand High School, which is where his interest in art began. He documented the changing world around him by enrolling in a photography class his sophomore year. The relationship between people and their environment became a key theme in Sean's imagery, but his ultimate goal is for people to see things from a new perspective.

Being taught the foundations by traditional processes helped him, but the journey still continues. His experiences as a photographer have taught him how to better convey a meaning and a message in his work. Photography is heavily influence by the decisive moment as a process of achieving a final image and takes time to develop as a craft. It is about exploring the old and the new; the past and the present. The gift of sight, combined with the ability to capture what one sees, never ceases to amaze him. Thus, he captures by a renown inspiration.

Sean Wright graduated from The Southeast Center for Photography at Daytona State College with and Associate of Science degree in Photographic Technology. He then graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design (Atlanta) with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Photography, March 2011.
