  • One of my little daily rituals consist on doing a 5 to 10 minutes workout. It could be anything!! from walking around your hood, to cycling to work, to more intense ones. This simple practice helps you to sleep better, makes your heart stronger, gives you more energy, and definitely makes YOU happier. Today, since I couldn't ride my bike to work due to my high levels of laziness, I decided to skip the elevator and take the stairs to my final destination. I counted 263 stairs (my office is on the 18th floor). At the end I was super tired, but my day definitely went smoother.
