  • Me? I don't consider myself an elder. A lot of people think I am, but I don't find myself, I mean, I've learned a lot through the years. I've learned how to help myself in the way I think. You know what I mean?

When I was younger I was very angry. I wanted to be heard, and I wanted to be the one that's up front and fighting, you know. What do you call those people...rebels...yeah, you know, stuff like that. And I still am today, because I was with Idle No More.

But I believe as you get older, you become calmer and become more relaxed. And more...you find the beauty in everything and everyone.
