  • My name is Donald Julian. I'm from Paq'tnkek First Nation. I'm a craft person. And the craft I do is leather work.

    I've been doing leather work for more than 30 years. I'm so bored sometimes that I... and I have this to fall on. I'll get so bored that I'll grab a piece of leather and look at it and figure out what I can make out of it.

    It's really neat when you have that feeling, when you start making something and when you finish it, it looks so nice, then somebody else sees it and they'll say "Oh my God that's nice!"

    It's fun teaching children, and again, like, that's what my goal would be - teaching.
