  • To all you, my dear, dear friends who answered to my story WAR AND PEACE. I want to thank you all for your incredible comments and support. We do need it.

Now about it all: I have always disliked Putin. When he came into power I took one look and he gave me the creeps. Still does. He gets exactly what he wants and he is smart to play all the right cards, He is the true gambler - you got to know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em. Know when to walk away, know when to run... He is an expert. This time he had the perfect timing and he pulled just the right strings.

As Kiki said, quote: '... But: didn´t people in Crimea decide they want to be part of Russia?' Yes, but what people? The Russians of course. There were even rumours that some people from Russia were allowed to vote. More than 95 %, come on now! you don't believe that, do you? Honestly! In the "Democratic" People's Republic of Korea Kim Il-sung got 100% of the votes. Does anybody really believes it? I hope not. When we had elections during the Soviet times, our leaders always got 100% of the votes because there was only one person to vote for and even if there wasn't...so what? It was still 100%. Always! I am sure almost all Estonians crossed the name over and didn't vote. No problem! It was still 100%. As for Crimea, it is not historically Russian property. It all depends how far back in history do we go. According to that Estonia belongs to Denmark, or Sweden, or Germany. Let them all argue about that.

The biggest problem is that Russian propaganda is so strong. Even here. Most of the Russians living in Narva don't speak Estonian. They get their information from Russian newspapers and Russian media channels. You could consider it funny what you hear there but it has some serious consequences. The news there is so twisted it is not funny anymore.

Oh, this is all so complicated and I could go on and on and on. The only thing that is true is - Ukrainian people want to be free. It is as simple as that. Like we all want to be.

I hope the rest of the world sees through all the lies, I really do.
