  • Down in the moss covered
    rocks, along the raging
    river, trees covered with
    hundred year old lichen bowed
    I walked, enjoying gentle
    warm rain falling around
    us and trickling down
    little fairy niches covered
    in sedges, sparkly with dew.
  • we had come to travel
    in a boat through the
    underground world of
    rivers and chambers
    in Marble Arch caves
    rich with stalagmites
    and stalactites, but
    alas, the last boat was
    taken, but the magical
    glades around sandstone
    caverns rich with waterfalls
    gladdened my heart anew.
