  • Charlotte and Maggie had a lovely Monday afternoon. They went to a cafe and then picked up some produce on Clement St. and then took the bus back to the Castro.

They are painters and East Coast transplants and have been friends for more than ten years.

When Charlotte first moved to San Francisco, she lived in Russian Hill. She never thought she'd live in a place that was so beautiful.

Maggie thought everyone was slow and lazy and wanted to go back to New York. Now, though, New York makes her sad.
