  • Petal upon petal.
    Leaf upon leaf.
    Change is the constant.
Breathe In and then out again.
    Stretching high to find understanding.
Cradling down low to feel comfort.
    Here and not yet.
Living as one called for a purpose.
    Laughing until you cry.
Making yourself laugh when you want to cry.
Crying your eyes out to a sad story because it feels good.
I beg of you, stop looking out only for yourself.
Find joy in paying attention to others.
    Pause and breathe.
