  • When we are children we do not have perspective of time.We go from Christmas celebrations to birthday parties. to school and back home.To do school work that we hated and then to bed.The only moment we thought about time was waiting for the weekend to be free of school duties and just to play.I have the impression we used to live in a linear time where it was not much future but the present and the now were always in front of us.As we get older time seems to speed up and now we arrive to Christmas and it seems we are not ending to pack our presents when a new Christmas is at our door step. It seems like yesterday we said but the shops are back full of Santa Claus that seem eternally glued to the windows and Christmas trees and decorations and for a moment you think you are hallucinating and it can not be so soon.I wonder why life became so fast and it is a scary acceleration of time.A day is like an hour and a week is like a day and the calendar races from month to month.
I would like to slow down but we can not stop the time.It is our perception the one that change with the years and not the speed of time.
