  • they don't understand. no matter how many times you tell them without hinting that everyday that you don't cry is a major victory, they can't comprehend just why you don't go out on saturday nights.why you devote so much time to your school work without thinking twice.

    you want them to know. you want nothing more to stop acting like fighting this battle is so easy. for once you just wanna say, hey, this actually is horrible and it would be nice to have a shoulder to cry on for once.

    but you won't. because you need to prove to yourself that you're stronger than that.

    maybe it would be kinda nice to lean on their shoulder though. maybe letting them know that their phone calls save your days won't make you feel weak. but instead strong.
