  • Some nights are special. Unexpected. She was dressed all in burgundy. Plum I called it. She was an artist, she said. And so began our journey with her that night. 86 amazing years. From growing up in Israel to the streets of Paris for 16 years, to her home in New York for more than 30, and oh the changes she had seen. It was one of the most beautiful journey's I've taken in a while. Vivid, rich and heartfelt. I wrote a book, she said...Michelangelo & Me. It is about my 6 years in the quarry Michelangelo used to find rock for his sculptures. I was obsessed with the rock, she said. Make an appointment to see me won't you boys....and we will.
