  • Off day, no workout and not a lot to do around the house, so I decided to do my Bible study at breakfast and take the day off. Well, not really.

Made the biscuits and sausage gravy for breakfast, and was surprised you can use soy milk to get the same effect as regular milk for the gravy. Think I will be doing that a bit more often.

Broke out my electro-stim unit and let it do a little ab work for me while I watched the San Diego – Philadelphia game, then got dressed in some sweats and headed out to the dog park to let Olivia run around a bit. She is doing so well with her heeling, so when we exited the dog area, I put her on the leash and walked down and back up the hill so she could practice and I could get a little exercise.

Seems my right hip is not too happy with hills. Oh well, it needs to get used to it, there will be more.

Dinner tonight is sausage patties on biscuits. Since I have some left over from this morning, might as well used them. And I do love the taste of a nice sausage patty with a slice of cheese and some mustard on a buttermilk biscuit.

Finished up and published my interpretation of chapter two of Romans and I have to say there are several thoughts popping around in my head. If you haven't read it, Paul is blasting the Jews of the era for judging the Gentiles when they are just as guilty of the same sins.

Today, we have Methodists who won't work with Baptists, Brethren who refuse to fellowship with Calvinists, and Catholics who won't talk to the Mormons. And yet they all claim to be Christians. Does that strike anyone else as odd?

Oh well, got a tired little Shih tzu who needs to be fed and some down time before I get on line at IMVU.

Hope everyone had a blessed day.

    Fred
