  • My words towards this saga are going to be far different than what I imagined them to be. I anticipated tapping letters on the screen that would create nicely formed words. Words about my first love. I assumed wrong. Should have predicted this one.

As of right now, I am trying to find comfortableness in the FACT! that I have not met my 'first love' and that I, Whitney, at a quarter of a century old still has not partaken in 'first love' moments, thoughts, or memories.

A good man once told me that I am always waiting on the next big thing to happen within my life and he was right. He could see this characteristic about me within the few days of meeting him. Always waiting on the next big thing, yep that's me.

Keeping that in mind, not having met my 'first love' should be good news right? This means something big still has to happen throughout my time in this life. I mean, I of all people get to have a 'first love' right? Sure hope so.

Today, the happenings occurring within my town sure are fightin hard against the possibility of my 'first love' makin his way to me. The town is falling apart to tell you the truth. Truth...that's not something you come by everyday. Death is sweeping through, taking with it the last breath from people who became intertwined within evil secrets. Secrets that have put the town in a Whitezone and captivated the world through blind manipulation.

I am not blind though. Well, legally I am. The law says that I am but I know I am not. I can see clearly. I see my 'first love' coming. He will be here soon. I love the fact that I can see so clearly blind. It makes getting through the darkness easier.

It makes the light in the darkness much easier to perceive and interpret for what it really is. Despite the fact that I can take a picture of this light and then nothing show up in the moment I captured, I know it's there. I see it. It's love. My first love beginning.
