  • Inge Auerbacher is an author, chemist, songwriter, honorary Blackfoot Indian, human rights advocate and tirelessly active witness to the Holocaust. In this recording she tells us the story of her small friend Marlena and the 70+ year journey they have shared.
  • In the most recent photograph, taken in Inge's home in Queens, she is holding a newer version of Marlena. The original now resides in the Washington DC Holocaust Museum. The older photograph was taken in Berlin, just before she was taken to the camps.
