  • Most people don't realise I've been waiting for you for about 4 years and for 1 and a half of those years we tried!!!

I remember the day we found out you were coming into the world, that you were there, clear as anything.
    11th April 2013.
I took the test because I was a week late not thinking anything of it. I'd taken so many tests before and they kept telling us no.

But that day, it all changed! There it was..... Pregnant 3+

I couldn't believe it, I ran downstairs to tell your Daddy and he was so happy! We hugged so hard and shed a tear.
In that single moment our lives changed.
Uncle Piotr was there and hugged us and Aunty Agne came rushing downstairs thinking something terrible had happened.
I went upstairs and Aunty Meg was asleep, I woke her and she was so happy too!

We then called everyone! Nanoo, Chloe, Granny and Grandad, Nanny and Grandy..................

For a while, I couldn't believe you were there. When you live such a longtime thinking that a baby will never come, perhaps it not meant to be and you carry on with your life, when it does happen it takes you by surprise. It takes a while to get your head around.

I don't really remember that now.... the days go by and I'm getting bigger and I have never known a feeling like it!!!

Its amazing, scary, exciting and terrifying all at once.

    You are so loved x
