    OK, so now you achieved whatever it is you thought you wanted, now what? What is the goal? Was the doubting, deciphering, reasoning only steps in the process of achievement? What was the glory in that? A reward other than paying the bills and mortgage? Why does it matter? This crazy rat cage that feeds itself on excess stress to what end?

    Hey, I’m talk'n to you, MIND, listen up!

    Do you feel the glow of success? Nauseating? Did after all that achieving, or work lead to something monumental? Something worthwhile that, I, as the holder of you, MIND, would be at peace with? Would I say, yes, it was worth it? I did something good?

    Do you let those grains of sands slip away through that hourglass as though what was seen, lived and thought was just some transitory state?

    A dream of who or what, you, my dear MIND, thought I was?


    There are those rare and special moments when everything clicks into place and all needs are magically met. When laughing out loud, the feel of the breeze surrounds us and we are just as alive as alive can be. Gliding on a thermal effortlessly with a sublime gift of peace in knowing that everything is not a given, so be happy for what you have. Love, family, friends and without those things nothing really matters. The real measure is not measuring, peace is in acceptance, faith is in knowing that the only constant thing is…
