I was getting a bit worried. The summer term had started and I had not heard if I was still part of the Poetry in Motion programme in rural schools, here in Fermanagh.
Many of the children I visited had their poems published in the project anthology but it did not mean the project managers were pleased with my work. Perhaps one of the teachers did not like my methods of trying to inspire the children to write poetry.

Then yesterday I got an email from the programme co-ordinator inviting me to a master class in creativity and poetry in the classroom.
Not only do they want me to teach again but I will also meet an award winning poet who is also a performer.
I just hope the session is not too long so I will be able to catch the last bus home from Belfast which leaves at 19.30. -
