  • Of course, somehow i just haven't been able to turn these last few days so the odds could be in my favor. I guess that's normal though, atleast for me.
Yesterday was the same story, but i suppose you could say that it was 'told' in a different way. But i can't totally complain, there is always some highlights that I always try too make special effort to find on days like these. Sometimes they can be hard to find but like always, they are there, somewhere.
First period went by slowly but it was alright. Second period took a while to get into but when you are doing debate and cannot put anything in otherwise, it makes me so frustrated! Third period I learned that someone stole a personal belonging of mine.
So it was going someone ok but when I thought I was going to have the most fun in turned into something completely different.
A group of friends of mine all got permission to go out and do a skit in the science teacher's empty classroom. We made up some of our own foods based of of the book 'How to Eat Food Like a Child' i was acting as the child and we were playing out hot sauce! You can only imagine what happens now! So in that class which i am in at the end of the day we are learning about magnetism and there was this tiny red capped tube with a cylinder magnet in it.... Or so we thought. When the time came I opened the little tube and pretended to pour hot sauce in my mouth with my finger slightly over the opening so the magnet couldn't come out. No use, little tiny compasses all came out at once and..... AHHHHHH! So embarrassing! Two landed..... IN MY MOUTH! The whole thing was caught on video too! (Luckily I knew how to erase it) two came apart!
Long story short we all apologized and I kept repeating to all of my friends that I'll take full responsibility but when explaining to the teacher i did act as spokesperson. Fine by me. Truth s stuff like this happens like this all the time to people everywhere and if you are apologetic and don't take it to hard then it will be fine. The science teacher said that it was no big deal but I was the first person to ask if I could help put it back together. I really did feel like the whole thing was my fault though since I was the one who unscrewed the lid of the tube, but those flimsy, cheap things could come apart in an instant like two did for us.
Guess it has been one of those days but even now as I am typing this I can't help but smile and laugh. What seemed like a big deal then is now just some funny incident that was bound to happen to me sometime this year. See, I have this theory that every school year there is always this one big embarrassing moment that ALWAYS happens. That was today. Atleast it wasn't nearly as bad as the one in fourth grade! Day in the dark.
