  • Some advice given to me by a teacher has made each day since a better one, he said "to always have a daily victory for yourself". He gave the example, if you normally hit the snooze button once or twice before getting up, tomorrow morning don't hit it, just get up.

I have found that giving yourself a daily victory, no matter what form it is, makes each day feel like you accomplished at least one thing, which is a good feeling at the end of a long stressful day. So I pass this advice onto you, allow yourself a daily victory and pass the word onto your friends and family.
