    In high school, Lark and I would climb roofs at night. I hadn't seen him since graduation, and a lot had happened since then, including the birth of his son.

    I admit, when I first found out about the unexpected pregnancy, I felt a kind of pity for my friend. After seeing him with his son, though, there was nothing but joy for him. My adventures seemed so small.
