  • I have been in Wazuka for four days now. Today I took my second tour of the tea fields. As far as I'm concerned, I am living in tea heaven. I look at the fields and want to know everything. How are the rows so perfectly manicured? What is the perfect mix of fertilizer? When do you know it's ready for harvest?
My curiosity is on overload right now, but I know the only way I'm going to find the answers is to go with the flow. Sharing a beer with my neighbor and making mochi with the ladies down the road is going to be more effective than stressing over the questions.
