  • The other day, having spent a pleasant few minutes browsing on Cowbird, I began to think a little about the Cowbird population.

    Read the stories and - at least the ones I have seen - they are about friends, loss, family, a job well done - appreciating the quieter moments of life. Nothing here about 'how to become a company Vice President by the time you are thirty', 'how to make your first million by 35.' Nothing here about must-have handbags or clothes or car. Nothing here about hate and discrimination and narrow mindedness.

    Look in newspapers and magazines out on the street, however, and that is all there is.

    Are we the rule or are we the exceptions! Discuss.....
