  • It's warm enough in Forest park for some of the fountains to be turned on. All around me, I saw water in motion once again. All the ice of winter has gone.

In the midst of this flowing water, I came across a small group. A man was reading from a text to a couple, flanked by two children, by the side of a lake.

A discrete wedding? Renewal of vows? A religious ceremony?

Whatever it was, I felt convinced it was blessed.

Anointed by the spray of the park.
