    Student, Responsible, Quiet, Clean, Respectful

    Availability

Able to move in two weeks from post date. Can pay $350 a month.

    About me

I'm an aspiring writer and artist, looking to start school in the fall. I have been employed with the same company for over two years. I do not smoke or partake of any illegal drugs. I rarely drink and never to excess. I have someone I'm seeing who will be spending the night with me once a week. My time will be spent quietly in my room: reading, working out, writing, studying, painting (not messy).

What I'm looking for in a roommate

Someone who disciplines their pets and doesn't slowly murder them with greasy left overs or heat stroke.

Someone who will not bring over random, shady strangers, he met on the internet to fuck.
Someone who will not leave their AIDS infested needles on the kitchen counter and bitch when asked to clean it up.
Someone who isn't a belligerent alcoholic.
Someone who doesn't allow illegal activity at home.
Someone who doesn't constantly literally piss and shit on the toilet seat and doesn't clean it up.
Someone who showers more than once a week (with soap!).
Someone who actually cleans something instead of allowing the home to become a bio-hazard.
Someone who doesn't get jealous with me about my dating life because no woman in their right mind would ever speak to you, let alone fuck you.
Someone who doesn't hack into my computer for private videos and pictures.

Just act like a decent human being and not a scumbag.

    What I'm looking for

A room to myself in a safe neighborhood, with no one trying to be my friend, or become involved in my life. A place that will keep me grounded and stable. I have moved every 6 months to a year and a half since I was 13 years old. I don't have the will to keep doing this for much longer.
