  • Just when I think I'm coping well,
    Going through a decent spell.
The slightest thing can bring me down.
Transform my smile in to a frown.

A chance remark that stops me dead.
    A sentence innocently said.
    Self confidence is stripped away,
For on my conscience it will play.

It's wrong to take these words to heart,
But inside they tear me apart.
    Internally I beat myself.
    That's detrimental to my health.

It try to be more self assured,
But I know that I can't be cured.
So I just have to learn to cope
And manage if there's any hope.
