  • Every Friday I open a bottle of champagne. Yes, every Friday.

Not surprisingly, I call this ritual Champagne Friday.

A deep breath. My first sip. This silent liturgy:

    "You have worked enough."
    "You have said enough."
    "You have written enough."
    "You have loved enough."
    "You have done enough."
    "You have been enough."

    "You are enough."

Others join me - virtually. A Champagne Friday movement. A veritable chorus of *clinks* around the world. And it's catching on: enough-ness. A moment in which we can rest (and maybe even believe) in who we are, all we've done, and the more-than-enough-ness that is us.

    This makes me smile. *clink*
