  • The morning ice-slick of Beverly Glen was mirrored by an unprecedented cold-still of the Pacific, it's shallow tranquility broken here and there with placid floats of seaweed broken from its icy depths. 'Hath Hell(A) frozen over?!' sirened the frenzied masses, as the low pressures which brought the cold front, froze their already chill Southern California brains accustomed to no pressures. Thus demented they ran from one end of Palisades Park to the other, their fit shattering the nerves of those in the single-digit degrees. This will be the last of such days.
