  • Yesterday, I arrived home after class to the concerning discovery that my lovely window plant had lost one of its leaves to the floor. It had been in my room since I first moved in, and I worried early on that solely water might not be enough for it to last. Inspecting it, however, I still saw healthy, new growth and thought, "Perhaps it shall be just fine."

Today, I arrived home to no plant at all.

In this, I am sorely disappointed. I shall have to find a new one on my own, this time with soil.
