The Hubster and I have been sick ever since returning from Syracuse. I've found meditating reduces the symptoms of some illnesses. I have been meditating by creating mandalas in various ways.
This first I did on photoshop by rotating one of my art pieces, called "Primary" over the top of itself multiple times.

The second one is the first one inverted and fiddled with. I find making and meditating on mandalas to be restful and healing.

The next series of mandalas was created on my Ipad while riding in the car (Keith driving) on a very primitive program called Omni Sketch. They are a little awkward and clumsy, do to lack of control of the program and its components. But they were still fun to do and fun to see (for me, and I hope for you, too.)
The first one is a heart for Keith--and you, and not really a mandala.
I hope you can see them okay.
We have to go back to Syracuse tomorrow to repair our son's car after it broke down on the Wedding trip. I do not have 3G or a smart phone and I don't think the friend we are staying with has wi-fi, so I'm sorry to say I'll be offline probably for the duration. (Jan 10-14, 2013 [or later, depending on weather and success at fixing car, which K will do himself, hopefully.]) -
