  • Sunday morning hair and a big breakfast. I saw this shot as soon as we sat down. The light, the mug, the days old scruff, and that friggin sweater. I took the picture with a film Canon FTb QL, a camera he bought for me at Christmas last year. Usually around the holidays I tend to reminisce and clean out old drawers. I came across some old words...

    "Reason Number Six

This is a simple one. Although I do not have a super high opinion about my ever-dwindling looks. I know that when you look at me...you see. Also, I love to view your photographs, they are a beautiful sight into your beautiful soul. They are a showing of the different way you see the world."

These old words of encouragement remind me that I did see him. And for a time...we both saw each other.
