  • I'm hoping that after all this rush and go of the holiday and month - I will be able to finally catch up.
    Catch up on sleep, personal time and go back to getting my focus of healthy eating and gym back on track. I feel like since Thanksgiving - the ball has been dropped and I felt this same way this time last year.

    My health seems a little down and I'm a feeling worn and lethargic. I went to the doctor the other day and I'm trying to get myself looked at and make sure I'm okay. Nutrients and vitamins seem to be down.

    I hate piggy backing on the whole 'new years' resolution deal, but I do hope that as the new year transitions I am more focused and determined than ever.

    My goal is...
    to lose 50-60lbs
    Eat more organic/local grown food
    Limit to eating out once a week
    a 30 day juicing
    and soo many more- but that's the start.
