  • I believe that if you allegorize your life to a book then every being that ever met you is a chapter in this book. Every person that was ever part of your life helped you to write your own mutual chapter and he knows only that specific chapter.

After you'll be gone from this world all the people that ever know you will gather over your grave and each in his turn will tell his own chapter that he knows of. There will be some chapters that intertwine, some stories will repeat themselves but in the end every chapter is still unique and has its own perspective.

By the end of the day, after all the chapters has been told the book that is your life will almost be completed, for there is still one chapter missing, a chapter that nobody knows except you; your own perspective on yourself, your very own chapter.

As the time goes by I realize that I want people to know my own chapter, in that day when my body would lay to rest I want my chapter to be told along the entire book. So, I think that someday in this Cowbird page, among the words that are yet to be written you will find my own chapter and maybe after I'll be gone into the "clearing at the end of the path" someone will do me the kindness of reading my own words about myself.
