  • I have been on the road from Las Vegas Nevada to Key West, Florida and have been unable to stop long enough write. I have enjoyed reading everyone's stories. I try to stop by and love stories when I can.

    1) “Audrey” is an old English name meaning noble and strength. I was named after Audrey Hepburn, my mother loved her.
    2) My nickname is Gypsy.
    3) I love my husband and still can’t believe that he looked my way.
    4) I always wanted a daughter and marrying my husband made a dream come true. I have a beautiful stepdaughter. I love her too.
    5) I am a California girl.
    6) I am the middle child in my family. Don’t hold it against me.
    7) My mother is from Mexico.
    8) My father is ½ Danish and Cherokee Indian
    9) I was brought up Roman Catholic but my father was and still is an atheist.
    10) My first goal in life was to be Saint Audrey until I realized that I was a sinner at age 4. (More about that later)
    11) I first ditched confession at the age of 8 and found my older sister in the alley also hiding from confession with Father Quinn.
    12) I did not have to worry about what to wear to school until the age of 18. It was a white cotton shirt and plaid skirt for many years.
    13) For reasons that I can’t explain; I don’t like to play most games. I will watch and root for you though.
    14) I don’t like competition either but if I have no choice….
    15) I’m afraid of heights and going too fast. Yet, I loved rollerblading.
    16) I am brave but full of fear. Let me do it at my own pace.
    17) I first realized that I wanted to be a singer at the age of 5.
    18) I was in an original punk rock band in Los Angeles, California in the early 80s. We had a fan club. It became frightening when an enthusiastic admirer stalked me.
    19) I was hired in 1982 and flown from California to Arizona to record vocals on another band’s album but was so embarrassed at the outcome that I never played it for my friends or family until I found it online over 20 years later. I still cringe!
    20) My husband and I moved to an Island in the North West on April 1, 2003. April Fools Day.
    21) I love and admire all of my friends.
    22) I believe in what goes around, comes around.
    23) I want to learn to forgive but also hope to be forgiven.
    24) I often need to be alone but I love to come out to play
    25) I believe that people will not remember you for who you are but for how you make them feel. Make a difference!
