  • My 13-year old son and I are both avid treasure hunters, ground lookers, and we routinely update one another with our finds. "Look what I found today..."

Finn is keen on finding money. And he does, all the time. It's astonishing, really. I tend to hunt for other things - inspiration, fleeting beauty, a few seconds of quiet grace. I'm not as skilled as Finn. But sometimes I get lucky too, and find what I am looking for:

    Rushing out the door,
    Running to my car,
    Late for my appointment,
    Always looking down

So much prettier than a penny...
    "Look what I found today."
