  • Looking around this old worn home, I'm reminded of many things. One of them is my mother's obsession with small things. This is evident through the miscellany of miniatures, everywhere. Swarovski and the like. She has long passed away but today, dusting off these tiny crystals, I'm relearning something — love. The process. There's a maintenance fee for those who love and with it, homage to those who came before. A lesson for all who dare to love — andacht zum kleinen — devotion to small things (Paul Klee).
