  • This morning, the sunrise above Waterloo Bridge was the most humbling ever in London.

    Motorists slowed and walkers stopped their usual manic, psychotic rush to work, to take pictures. I too stopped and watched as the hues of pastels and bright orange exploded with the birth of our sustainance.

    The Sun emerged with such grace, strength and majesty that I, for the first time in a long time, awakened and was aware of the deep breath I drew in at that moment.

    In my homeland, we know.....this vibrant kind of sky means there is rain pending and it's a good day for the fishermen as the seas would be abundant with fish.
