  • Sprawling on the floor, listening to a voice that you either love or hate
    "I do as I please"
Eating greek yogurt and honey, I'm required to lick the bowl, spoon and nose
    "Now I'm on my knees"
It's early for my standards- but i've been up since 6:30- sprints
Muddied knees, sweat makes curls, coughing in the most unladylike manner
"Your skin is something that I stir into my tea"
Camomille and a wilting pumpkin that now has a lopsided grin and a crown of flies
A magpie, cause its britian, is ruffling his feathers matched to Joanna Newsom's song. Beat.
"And I am watching you ruffle ruffle
and you are starry, starry starry shift foot ruffle
and I'm tumbling down, and I check a frown." ruffle-fly
There is steam coming off the fence, and grass, and passion flowers, and all of it is caught in the sun, and I can't leave the window
Even though my tea and yumminess is gone
"Well, just look around. It's why I love this town:"
just see me serenade hourly! celebrated sourly!
dedicated dourly: waltzing with the open sea-
Clam, Crab, Cockle, Cowrie: will you just look at me?"
