  • I wish there was a word for the opposite of a hoarder.
    I am that person.

I am constantly on the look out for
    clearing out
    recycling
    throwing away and
taking things to the charity shop.

If it doesn’t fit, why is it in my wardrobe?
It is just a depressing reminder of a thinner day.

If we haven’t used it why do we need to keep it?
    Computer games,
    books,
    kitchen paraphenlia.
    Packed up and shipped out.

I don’t need things to define who I am.
I don’t need things to remind me of memories.

I wish there a word for the opposite of hoarder.
    I am that person.
