  • I am amazed by the manner coffee is created with the Moka pot. The fluid dynamics of allowing boiled water to go through filtered grounded coffee beans and spilling just enough to fill the cup with the brewed coffee. I mean that's so simple and all done in one device, note that it is its own kettle, quite handy too.

    Too bad it can't be done in the office, I would need a stove to go with this perfectly. So I am left with coffee press.

    One day at a coffee shop in Pune (I was taking too much coffee then), I saw this Moka, like half the price if I bought it in Manila, so I bought it, just like that. Not much story to tell for a made up mind.
