  • It is from individuality
that we truly gain our freedom.
The recognition that, like our brothers,
We must pursue our own interest.
This is not to say, as one might assume,
we should abandon those in need,
but realize the fallacy of our plans
that we ALL must contribute more.
True freedom means these choices are our own,
that we can decide our own fate.
Are we no better than the immoral man,
    Wanting everything to ourselves?
    Why is it his responsibility
to feed the children of the world?
This is our own plan, our own agenda,
which we push forward and call right.
We cry, "The goodness of man MUST prevail!"
    "Goodness" being our creation.
We buy, "Self-sacrifice is the best way!
The death of man can bring us peace!"
Who are we to tell another human
that their choices in life are wrong?
Let every man, worthy of this great life
live it to the way he sees fit.
Only after we give up our control,
Can we finally start to live.
