  • This Sunday we took a pleasant stroll round Florence Court, here in Northern Ireland with our daughter, her husband and our three grandsons.
  • We admired the view of the mid eighteenth century house as requested
  • And walked through leafy lanes full of mystery and beauty around the pasture leading the the big house.
  • Red and golden leaves floated gently around us as we walked down the forest path. Rowan danced around trying to catch a leaf so he could make a wish.
  • We found our way up to the pleasure gardens and spied a Maple tree bursting with rich redness.
  • and, after soaking in the view , whilst resting in the summer house,, of the mysterious mountain cloaked
    in shadows.
  • we had tea and cakes in the converted stables where folk stepped carefully over sun kissed cobble stones.
