    toast the chile, peel the chile cut and fry with a little of olive oil there also put slices of onion and tomatoes, add half of spoon of chicken broth concentrade and cook for 10 minutes if the mix looks too dry use a little of milk, at the very end add the cheese and thats it! Chile con queso. you have to eat it with tortillas.
