  • Today summer ends. Fall arrives. It's been too long since we've had rain. I've missed it, I have to say. Tomorrow there will be change.

Am I so odd to actually enjoy the sound, smell, and feel of rain?

Is it so weird to find something comforting about the clouds, the grey that envelopes me like a nice down sleeping bag?

There's something relaxing and refreshing all wrapped at once.

So, until next spring when the sun returns in ernest, when ball is played again, I welcome the rain.

There's good in a change of seasons.

    Good, indeed.
