  • My close friend just died. I heard about it last night.

    He died suddenly, without any previous warning. It's total shock to everybody. A joyous, healthy friend in his early forties. He had wife and three children, two of them very young.

    I try to think death is a dive to some new lake filled with colourful life. Like inside the lid of this old Lucanian sarcophagus from 5th century BC from Paestum.

    It doesn't comfort much during these days of sorrow. Nevertheless, colourful lake is much better future for him than black hole.
