  • I have a lot of trouble using the word "home". When I'm in St Andrews, talking to my friends, I talk of going back "home" to see my family and amazing friends. When I'm in Sudbury, I talk about what I'm going to do once I go back "home" to my dorm room. In reality, I don't think that I would consider either "home". Then where am I going and where am I coming from? Trying to figure that out is too hard.

The post-it was originally a warning to people about smacking their head on our low-hanging chandelier, but now it's a warning to me: don't hurt yourself trying to answer questions about where you're supposed to be or where you're going. Just be there.
