  • Why is is that for some of us we cannot seem to keep our minds focused until it is night time. It's like all of our senses come alive at night. Our minds are running a hundred miles an hour and we reminisce about the day that was just held before us. Or we try and figure out what will happen in the future.

We try to solve problems with our mind, and even start spilling secrets to those that we haven't talked to in quite some time.

We lay our head down to sleep because our eyes are demanding that we get some shut eye. However our minds on a treadmill and ready to run all night long.

I have decided that sometimes it's okay if you have a million things on your mind. You just have to learn to sort through things and learn to discard the things that are not important.

Life is about taking one day at a time, letting time heal our hurt, and laughing until we can't stop smiling.

It's time to sleep and calm my mind.
