  • Life itself is so fragile. This dreamlike dimension can dissolve at any time. It is like a dream, and we can wake up in any other dimension at any moment. Our life is a succession of dreamlike experiences, although even the illusion of "succession" and "moments" or "time" is itself just a dream appearance as well!

So many precious, beloved beings, like jewels shining in the sky — so many utterly perfect forms, appearing in my life. So many humans, cats and animals I love and admire. They are so precious, unique and lovable. May they live forever. I wish they could live forever!

How hard it is to see them depart, or even to be reminded of their eventual demise!

a big object from space hit Jupiter a few hours ago, it seems. It could have hit Earth, our little blue sphere, but the Greater Benevolent [planet] saved us. This whole dimension can evaporate in a second or in no time at all.

beloved beings can leave and be no longer.

I remember my departed cats, who I can no longer see or touch. I am heartbroken by the suffering of those I love or potentially love. Honestly, there are many beings I don't like on this earth, but MANY many more I love, including small insects and beings I cannot see.

Life is so precious; it is so unfortunate that beings are being crushed every second. When winter is over and termites fly from their nests, looking for light and losing their wings, many, if not most, are crushed and despised by humans. They are treated as if they were worthless. Who knows when we will be crushed ourselves?

Life is so precious; love is so precious

even though this is a dream dimension, richly ornamented with dream appearances, I feel immense dream love.

It would be a cliché to quote the famous haiku from Issa Kobayashi right now, but for fear it might one day be forgotten, I'll do it anyway:

    this world of dew
    is a world of dew
    — and yet, but yet…

May boundless love and benevolence bless and protect all precious beings in our evaporating dimension, our evanescent Earth!
