  • The clouds are like wafting threads of cotton wool here on the banks of Loch Erne, and I have just made vegetarian paella with Portebello mushrooms stuffed with Tempeh. What photo shall I choose, the clouds or the Paella?

I give thanks to the universe that I have come through some major operations in one piece; (well with some bits missing), and cannot begin to imagine what it must be like to be in Wu's place, not responding to aesthetics.

I dedicate my next poem which is a kind of a humorous Tanka to Wu Shaman. I must have been in tune with him on Thursday.

    The Road to Omagh

    bones and brain shattering, bus
    bouncing down the old
road to Omagh, stuck on the
back seat, when the sun broke through.
