  • I got a tattoo over a year ago and I've realized I never got to show off this very permanent personal piece of me.

    "You must really love Zelda." That was the first comment I received about my newly carved pixel heart across my left wrist. "Sure, good observation entitled Gamer-nerd," was pretty much the extend of my snarky remarks after someone recognized the iconic life symbol from the game Zelda (however pixel hearts have been prevalent elsewhere proceeding Zelda, but I won't rant about this).

    There was a lot of chatter of what a "pixel-lover" or "pixel queen" I had become and yes it probably stemmed from this. However, what I know is this:

    I am a maker in the digital world & I love what I do.
