  • After a late brunch filled with bloody's and mimosa's, I ended up buying a fish to commemorate my friend's departure from the city where we met to a destination far enough away to separate our friendship. I was really sad to see him go because we had shared so much over the past few years and I really learned how to get along with someone who has very similar traits to myself.

The fish took on his full name, a humorous attempt to lighten up the loss I was feeling. It felt really good to say his name everyday.

Felix (the fish) died and I miss him.
